These terms govern your use of promasterct.com (the “Site”), operated by Promaster Cleaning and Restoration Services LLC(“Promaster,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. Restoration work itself is governed by the written work authorization or contract you sign with us, not by these terms.
Emergencies
The website is not an emergency dispatch system. Online forms are reviewed during business hours and we cannot guarantee a response time to a form submission. If you have an active water, fire, sewage or storm emergency, call (866) 981-6551 — the line is answered 24 hours a day. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
Free on-site assessment
A free on-site assessment is a visual inspection of the damage and a discussion of what work is needed. It is not a written estimate, appraisal, engineering report, mold test or guarantee of insurance coverage. Any pricing is provided in a separate written document.
Insurance
We document damage and communicate with your insurance adjuster about the scope of restoration work. We are not a public adjuster and do not negotiate or settle insurance claims on your behalf. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer, and you remain responsible for any amounts your policy does not pay.

Content on the Site — including articles, tips and FAQs — is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Conditions at every property differ. Response times, process descriptions and timelines are typical, not guaranteed.
Photos and testimonials
Before-and-after photos show work we performed and are used with the property owner’s permission. Testimonials are from customers who chose to submit them; we review them before publishing and may edit for length or remove them at any time. By submitting a testimonial you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish it with the name you provided.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, use automated tools to submit forms, attempt to access the administrative areas of the Site, or interfere with its operation. We may block access for abuse.
Intellectual property
The Site, its text, graphics, logo and photos belong to Promaster or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, other than viewing the Site for your own use.
Third-party links and services
